Thank you for shopping with Broncin Bucks. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

By purchasing from Broncin Bucks LLC, you agree to the terms below.


Processing Time (IMPORTANT)

All orders require 5–7 business days for processing before they are shipped.

Processing time means:

  • We are preparing your order
  • Packaging your items
  • Getting your order ready for shipment

🚨 This does NOT include shipping time once your order leaves us.

Processing time may be longer during:

  • New product drops
  • High order volume
  • Holidays or promotional events

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States.

We do NOT offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Time (After Processing)

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard shipping: usually 3–7 business days (after shipment)

These are estimates only. Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.


Address Responsibility (VERY IMPORTANT)

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at .

We can only update your address if your order has NOT been processed or shipped yet.

If a package is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error:

  • We are NOT responsible for replacing or refunding the order

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Broncin Bucks is no longer responsible for the package.

If your package is missing:

  1. Check around your delivery area
  2. Ask household members or neighbors
  3. Contact your local carrier office

If needed, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volume
  • Incorrect address entry

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.
