By placing an order with Broncin Bucks LLC, you agree to the terms below.


Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

We do not offer cash refunds.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, smoke, pet hair, or any damage
  • Returned in original packaging when possible

Broncin Bucks reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.


Store Credit Details

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit will be issued via email as a digital code or gift card
  • Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale section items
  • Discounted or promotional items marked final sale
  • Any items clearly labeled “Final Sale” on the product page or at checkout

Preorder Items (FINAL SALE)

All preorder items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once purchased.

Preorder items may have extended shipping timelines. Estimated shipping dates are provided in product descriptions but are not guaranteed and may change due to supplier or production delays.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept these terms.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

We will review and resolve eligible issues as quickly as possible.


Additional Conditions

  • All returns must be approved prior to being sent back
  • Items returned without authorization may be refused
  • Store credit is issued only after inspection and approval
  • All sales are final after the 14-day return window closes
